Following the July flooding in Etobicoke I hired TORONTO DRAIN & PLUMBING to install a backwater valve in our home. I was initially impressed with his very competitive price but soon realized the true value of his complete service. He explained the rebate program from the City of Toronto; he arranged for the necessary permit; provided the paperwork for the rebate application and scheduled the city inspector to approve the work upon the job completion. Slavic Buryak (the owner) and his staff provided a timely and courteous service. This included cleaning up and disposing of all waste at the end of the job. I would not hesitate to use his services for any other plumbing or drain problems that I might arise in the future. I have offered him my personal reference Ron Smith P.Eng
