Great service! Matthew was personable and. explained everything. 10 years worth of buildup with 3 dogs shedding all the time, dust bunnies and the odd debris of course. Showed before and after. Happy that I had it done. He worked around 2 adults and 3 dogs! Recommended.

It was a pleasure to meet with Dan and have him looked after our furnace to ensure that it's in great shape for the winter. He also changed our really old thermostat. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He also made suggestions to keep the furnace running well. Highly recommended and will use his service again in the future!

Old tired roof and a sudden leak that made sleeping during rainy nights a nightmare with drip drip noises and constant throwing of rain water filled bucket. Actually spoke to Peter before and he explained what needs to be done and what to expect. He was nice to be able to do the work after I called him with the leak issue and did the job within a week of the call. His crew was polite and was able to do the job fast and efficiently. Very satisfied with the results!

Hot day yesterday with an AC not working properly. 1st name that popped in HomeStars with 99% ratings when I did a search today. My 1st and only call. Prompt response, fast same day service. All issues addressed, newly washed condenser coils, a leak and low pressure diagnosed and looked after. Now enjoying a cooler home thanks to Sarman Air Inc and will have a nice cool summer ahead!

I got a very reasonable quote, waiting was short for the windows to arrive and the installers were fast, clean and efficient! My new windows are beautiful!

I do not know much about eaves and downs but i knew the ones I have were in bad shape especially last year when I saw rain water coming out from the middle of the eaves and they looked warped and were rusted. I saw the ratings and reviews they have here at HomeStars and called them right away. Both Serge and Russell were courteous, answered all my questions and responded fast either by phone or by e mail. They improved the poor designs and repositioned my downs effectively. They cleaned up after which was nice. Max came by the same day I called. Our air conditioner has not been working good as of late and with the coming hot days of summer did not know whether it can be fixed or need a new AC. Our old A/C needed to be jacked up with freon. Within moments the house was getting cool air again. He pointed out things that can help in the future and with the suggestions he gave I am better prepared as to what need to be purchased in the coming year to have an energy efficient home. I planned on using him again soon when I undertake these changes. Will not hesitate in recommending him to others. Thanks Max!

I had a few leaks over the winter, last one was so severe it came pouring like a flash flood destroying my pc. I was contemplating closing the skylight for good. I saw the good reviews they have here in Homestars and Jean was helpful in setting it all up. Arthur actually gave me an option and decided to keep the skylight with a rollerblind insert with remote to keep the room dark as this is also my bedroom. I am so happy now that it finished and would definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.

I bought this from GROUPON. Poor communications. I received a call from a Zach last week saying my booked appointment for Dec 18/13 is going to be cancelled as the gutter/eavestrough would be frozen and will need to call the office to book for a spring appointment instead. Received a call Dec 17 at 3 PM and they left message they are coming for the 18th after all. I tried numerous times since then to cancel at the eavestrough/gutters are indeed frozen and I was never given 24 hours notice to cancel this. They arrived today and state they were in the area at 9 when they were just sitting in their vehicle for a good 20 mins. They proceeded to say that they will "clean" what is needed to be cleaned. I don't know what cleaning it would be since they are all iced up. I called the office numerous times since yesterday and today the 18th and they said they have to put it as service rendered as they were on site. VERY displeased!!!

My fridge lost its' cool and we were on the verge of buying a new one when we noticed that the freezer was OK. I called Delroy and he came the same morning when I made the call. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out that the fridge was alright and the repair was minor. Very honest and dependable person as he does not have the part that was faulty and promised to come back the next day and he did. He had my fridge running on his 1st visit and I am very happy with his service. Will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have their appliances fixed!

We had a leaky roof that was apparent with the most recent rainfall. Our BR ceiling is showing signs of this. Very worried with the impending arrival of more rain and eventually snow. Read the reviews here at HOMESTARS and am so glad I made the call. Bruce came around and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease very quickly assuring me that the roof was in good shape and the work needed looking after could be looked after immediately. Very professional work looks good to me as I watched the whole process. He also pointed out minor things that can easily be fixed on site. Overall, am a satisfied client. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Trish was excellent on the phone and was very informative as this was my 1st time using a roof fixer.

I am so delighted I chose this company to clean my ducts and vents! Both Shane and Scott were on time, the job was finished in a good time. All throughout the process, they answered my questions and showed me before and after pics of my ducts! Wow! What a difference! Spotless! They even informed me one crucial info, that I practically have a non existent return duct. No wonder my heating bills are always high! Well, no more, I will have this issue looked after right away.
