We hired AVF Residential to install new garage doors for 2 of our properties, and it was a great experience. They delivered on budget and a month+ ahead of schedule. The garage's we installed these on are pretty old too, so the openings aren't a perfect level frame, but they still managed to get it installed perfectly with tight seals. I'd highly recommend them!

Dany, Dino, and their entire crew are absolutely incredible. They built my dream outdoor space and exceeded the expectations I had. The work they do is beautiful, and they run like a well-oiled machine. They were on time, on budget, and ran a very organized workspace cleaning up every day before they left. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a deck and outdoor living space!

Our chain linked fence dividing our mutual drive really needed to be removed. Even though it was a small job, Daniel quickly answered my questions and gave me a quote via email, and minutes later, he came by my house to insure the job could be done. Their team was polite and removed the fence in no time. On top of it all, Daniel said he over estimated the job quote and reduced it accordingly! That never happens! I highly recommend them. Trustworthy service is hard to come across these days. I will certainly use them again to rebuild our fence when the time comes. Thanks Daniel and your team!

We went to this company at the recommendation of a contractor. We needed to match our existing hardwood floors, so we brought a couple brand new pieces with us, and the people there said they had a match for us. We bought the box, came home, and opened it, but it was they gave us the wrong box and it was 1 shade darker. We called them to let them know, and they said: "The box is open? No refund. No exchange." I reminded them that they actually gave us the box; we didnt pick it out ourselves. They didnt care, and simply said: no refund. This is one of the reasons I never go to mom and pop shops in the first place. If this was a big box store, they'd take it back for an exchange without any issues. We ended up going to a big box store and buying the hardwood we needed instead, and we got exactly what we paid for. Thanks to this company, I'm out $200. Down the drain. Stay away. These guys just took our money. Terrible customer service experience. UPDATE: Just wanted to respond to the company's response below. You guys gave us the box! We found a match in the store, asked for a box, and YOU gave us the wrong box. This wasn't our mistake, like you're making it sound like it is. It was YOUR mistake for giving us the wrong product that we didn't ask for.

TrueNorth Underpinning is your best choice when it comes to underpinning. When we first started thinking about underpinning our very short basement, we had several contractors come over and give us a quote. For us, it seemed like a huge job. Dan from TrueNorth instantly put us at ease and made us feel like we were in capable hands. He knew exactly what he was talking about, answered all of our many questions, and it was obvious that he had a lot of experience underpinning. Hiring them to do the job, based on that first meeting, was an easy choice for us, and we couldn’t be more happy with how the final project turned out. Dan repeatedly checked in to see if we had questions, and his crew that worked on our project were really nice, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces, despite it being what looked like absolutely back breaking work in a tough environment. I would absolutely recommend TrueNorth underpinning if you’re thinking about underpinning your home. If we had any other need for underpinning in the future, I would simply not trust the foundation of our home to anyone but Daniel and his team to get it done on time, and most importantly, safely. We originally went shopping for a hottub, we went to quite a few different places in the city, but we eventually went to check out a Hydropool at a recommendation of one of our friends. That's what brought us to Bonavista Pools; and we're so glad we did. Rob Irvine, the Sales Manager that helped us out, did an exceptional job of helping us find the perfect hottub for us. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an all-around-nice-guy that really cared about us and our purchase. He answered all of our questions, and made us feel like we made the best decision possible when it came to us buying a $15K hottub. Rob organized a flawless removal of our old hottub and installation of our new hottub, and then came by a few days later to walk us through how to use it - all of which were things we said that we wanted that Rob certainly delivered on. We love our new hottub, and use it several times a day! A BIG thanks to Rob and the delivery guys for doing such a fantastic job from start-to-finish. We still plan on visiting Rob (for chemicals, products, and chats about the hottub), and when the time comes for a new hottub, we won't go anywhere else besides Bonavista Pools. Thanks again Rob for going above and beyond in every sense! We truly appreciate it!
