Angel and his entire crew at Ontario Villa provided outstanding service and delivered top-quality workmanship building our new house. It is becoming increasingly rare in this day and age to find a business that meets, let alone exceeds, the client’s expectations when it comes to building and renovation.-Ontario Villa did just that for us. Having high standards, but no previous experience with building from the “ground-up” we entrusted Angel and Ontario Villa to build our 4200 sq. ft. Passive House. We initially chose Ontario Villa from our first impressions during preliminary interviews of prospective builders. Angel simply impressed us as a very knowledgeable, honest, and sincere builder who took pride in his work, and, without the hard sell. We were not disappointed. From the onset the crew was on site punctually every day, worked hard and often long hours. They were organized, polite, friendly, and always conscientious of our surrounding neighbours. They kept the job site clean and safe every day. The work ethic of the entire crew was impeccable. Angel was on site daily and was very hands-on and well aware what needed to be done. He was quick to provide solutions to any problems that inevitably do arise during a new build, and, potential setbacks were also diverted under his watchful eye. We were regularly updated on the status and progress of the project. His experience and knowledge were invaluable. Angel is also a very good person, always willing to go the extra mile, (even at the expense of willing to give up a holiday trip with his family), honest & trustworthy, professional, extremely responsive and available by phone at all times, and true to his word. This is a family-run business and his sister Monica mostly takes care of the business /administrative side of things. She is great and was always a pleasure to deal with. Monica is an organized, honest, warm, personable, fun person which makes writing the cheques a little less painful. It has been over a year since we moved in and started enjoying our new home. Although we have had some ongoing issues with other aspects of the house, we have had absolutely NO issues with any to the work and service provided by Ontario Villa. I would definitely recommend Ontario Villa to our own family and friends. From renovations to bigger projects, and even for the most discerning of clients, Ontario Villa will definitely deliver to your guaranteed satisfaction!
