Installed a pool heater that lasted 1 month they changed the fused and died again 1 month later told me I had to contact the manufacture to get the part that needed fixing ,then after I contacted asked if the manufacture was going to install it
Charles did a Fantatic job we did a mosiac mix with stone and glass for backslpash and Charles did an amazing job,the backspash looks stuning. He also tiled my fireplace with a splitlevel stone and mounted the TV on it looks just as amazing.Out of all the contractors we worked with Charles was the best ,on time and very reasonaby priced well use him for next year bathroom reno!
we paid 360 upfront on our cc to close the pool when they came to closed our pool told us we need new cover at $120 so we agreed they put some water bags on the cover they did not mention they are not included the next day they billed our cc for over 260 to make it worse some of the bags they gave us were leaking when we inquired the lady was very rude and said the cover was 136 that the price we were quoted was wrong she told us we could not return anything as it was used the best she could do was give us a store credit for the bags that we did not order and did not authorize to be charged on our visa. stay away from these guys a never ever give them your credit card # they will put on any amount they want with out telling you
