Replacement of pipes underneath kitchen sink.
Robert arrived within an hour of us calling him for our plumbing emergency. He was honest and reasonable with his quote. I am a woman and didn't feel at all like I was being taken advantage of and overcharged. He was very patient with me as I discussed the price with my significant other and landlord. He insisted on wearing his shoe covers after i told him he didn't have to. He got to work right away and didn't dilly-dally. He was very discriptive when explaining all problems with the pipes. He cleaned up after himself when he was done. He was very friendly and professional. I will be keeping his card for all future plumbing needs:)
