Our search for upgrading our windows began summer 2019. We asked for quotes from 3 companies, of which CB was the middle, but only modestly more than the cheapest (for the regular windows). We liked the fact that CB made their own windows, and visited the showroom attached to the factory near Pearson airport. There we found the triple pane windows, only modestly more costly than the regular 2 pane. We were set to go earlier this spring, but Covid put a delay on things. Fast forward to the summer and we're again in talks w/ Ronnie (who was great at giving us the time we needed as well as any information). Installation was great .... Manny, Kyle, Josh, Dhillon were wonderful. Very personable, professional, prompt (arriving between 9-9:15 daily). Manny and Kyle were more experienced and were always available to answer any questions we had (install, timing, etc). We replaced all our windows (triple pane), slider (w/ microblinds between the glass panes), front door. Again the quotes for CB's regular windows were only modestly more than the cheapest quote. Given the quality of the windows, installation, local factory and showroom, we feel we got great value. I don't know what other installers have for their equipment, but see the attached photo ... impressed.
