I asked Peter for multiple quotes on different flooring options which he provided without hesitation. He answered all my calls and finished the floors exactly as I wanted. Cy and the team are great! I have an old Bloor West Village home and we needed ductless AC. Cy came to the house and was clearly the most knowledgeable of all the installers I'd interviewed. They weren't the cheapest but I thought if you're going to install something on the outside of the house, don't take a risk. The installation team came out here and did some a clean professional job. My neighbour went with someone cheaper and their installation looks messy. Mine looks so neat - no eyesore. I'll work with them for all my heating and cooling needs.

The guys at Pesticon are great! I have a giant silver maple that attracts lots of critters from ants to racoons. I've called them in the past to deal with the ants and they've always been great. This time I called them to remove some racoon feces. Waheed sent his guy out right away (even though it was 8pm). The removal was fast, friendly, discreet and inexpensive. I trust Pesticon and I will always rely on them for these unpleasant jobs.

So far, my experience with Closets by Design, Barrie (which services Toronto), has been horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. They came last week to do an install for 3 closets. So far nothing is finished. One of the closets was measured incorrectly by the Designer, Gurdy, and so they left the materials in my living room and said they would come back. I've spent over $1000 prepping the closets for them. The ones that they did install are poorly finished. I can't seem to get them to return my calls. They are avoiding me and don't seem to want to come back to finish the work. My clothes are in my living room. I have no drawers and who knows how long this will continue.
