An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We contacted Caldwell Plumbing approx. a month before we moved into are new home. We booked an appointment to have them come out and install all the appliances. The plumber Josh and helper Blair showed up right on time. They had protectice booties on over there work boots and had there tools on drop sheets, not to mention how polite they were. They installed all are appliances with no issues and charged us the exact amount that Andrew(owner) had qouted us previuosly. This was a great experiance and felt it helped us with an easy transition into are new home.
