John was great. He was very nice, he took time to answer our questions, and explain things to us. He was very professional and thorough. This company has a great website, full of lots of resources and information. The website and the positive reviews are why I chose this company in the first place, and I was not disappointed.
Great service, great product options, great product. My wife bought some throw-away cardboard moving boxes a month before the move, and we made frequent trips to the LCBO to pick up boxes for small heavy items. In this way we could start packing early over time. We got 25 frog boxes for a week to finish all of our packing. They were a good size, very sturdy, delivery was on time (in a very reasonable 2 hour window). Next time I would like to get more boxes, and over more time, 2 or 3 weeks.
