It really has been a pleasure dealing with Yuri and Mikhail. They are quite personable and professional individuals. I live in the heart of the Annex and I wanted to ensure that my windows were completed under budget and that they were installed correctly on my detached home. The quote that I had received from them was very competitive and the workmanship was excellent and on time. An important indicator of any company is their after service or follow up. Yuri is great at that and that is probably why I always call him for other work on other projects/properties in which windows or doors are involved. I called him last week about some window parts I needed for another house and he hand delivered them to me today! I have also referred others to this company. Great client service! That is why this company will for sure get more of my business in the future.

We had one patio door and over 30 windows replaced (retro-fitted) in an old downtown house in the Annex. The quote was very competitive and Yuri and his team completed the installation in 2 days. We needed the windows done fast as we were under a tight timeline. Yuri was able to give us a realistic timeline and he managed to get the custom coloured windows in a few days before the expected delivery date. It is important that the finished product looks good. They didn't disappoint! Aluminum casing looked fantastic and caulking done professionally. Yuri is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also gave us good recommendations and saved us money on the choice of patio door. He was not trying to sell us the most expensive products; instead he recommended what he thought was the best (and most reasonable) option for our house.
