We had water overflowing from our eaves, causing water on our front stairs and thick ice in the winter. The roofers could not come up with a method to fix this problem. Pierce did his estimate and explained what needed to be done. The team arrived on time, cleaned the eaves, built a new downspout for the eaves and rehung them to ensure there would no overflow, while removing and replacing the leaf guards. They were professional, prompt, polite and cleaned up the job site. So far there has been no overflow. I will wait for the winter to see if the ice forms.
