Our garage door wouldn't open. We checked reviews and called ONC on a Saturday night. We spoke to Katie, who was very helpful and she set-up an appointment for us on the following Monday morning. John arrived on schedule and quickly knew what was wrong. He spoke to us in a professional manner and told us what was needed to be repaired and what was fine. He had all the parts with him in his truck to do the repair. 40 minutes later the garage door was working perfectly and is now much quieter. We appreciated their quick response and honesty. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Toronto Tree removal in the past, so when I needed an apple tree remove from by back yard they were the first company I called. They replied immediately with the quote, which was very reasonable. Just a few days later they were here to remove the tree. The guys were very professional and the tree was gone with a couple of hours. They cleaned up all the loose branches and even some left by a city crew who had removed a city tree from the verge and left a mess. They also left me some cut to length logs that I can use in my fireplace (which I had requested). This is a great company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. If I have any more trees to remove these guys will be the first ones I call

When we first started this project, we called in MnB paving, since they had done an excellent job for us in the past. Although we had some communication problems with Michael, once Vince got involved the communications issued disappeared. Within days of Vince calling (we found out he had some medical issue causing the delay) we had a date to start the work. The crew arrived early and had the old patio demolished in short order. they worked diligently throughout the day. When the job was finished, we had a well construct front porch that looks fantastic and adds to the curb appeal of the house. I would definitely recommend any project that Vince is involved with.

We needed a new Dryer and Range. Both had gone at the same time. The saleman at CAS Imran Ahmed was very helpful and patient and showed it lots of options. He also gave us a good deal. The delivery system was excellent and the timing was accurate. The 2 guys who delivred the items were very professional and efficent.

Our air conditioner failed in early September and by noon the next day Ali came out and examined the 12 year old unit. It turned out the compressor had gone. By the next day we had a new air conditioner installed. Ali gave us great service and the install was done in just 3 hours. The quote for the new unit was very competitive for a high quality, made in the US, unit. I would not hesitate to recommend Climax Air Conditioning and Ali in particular.

The crew from Toronto Tree Removal were very efficient in removing 2 large Yew bushes from the front of our house. They clean every bit of debris and left the garden looking like the bushes had never been there. They also pruned an apple tree and a Crab apple tree. The young girl who supervised the pruning did a great job and the finished product made the tree look more shapely. I would not hesitate to recommend Toronto Tree Removal (I have already given there card to a neighbour)

Ronald was very responsive to our request for a quote for my neighbors and my house. When the date was set Ronald, his dad and his crew arrived on time. He quoted 2 days to do each house, which to me, meant they took their time to do the job well, which they did. The finish product lookes amazing and we even had a neighbor walking past the house ask us where we got the roof done. The entire crew were diligent in the work they did and took all the safety requirement to make sure there were no accidents. The clean-up at the end was also very thorough. Ronald even went over the lawn with a magnet to make sure there were no nails hiding in the grass. I would thoughly recommend this company.

AC Electrical was great. We had been without power and lights . They answered their phone ( unlike some other electricians we tried calling including one we had used before). They were able to give us a time to come out. Steve showed up on time and knew what he was doing. The problem was explained to us and we soon had the power and lights on. What a relief. We would definitely use them again.

We Had an old red brick fireplace , 1980's, in our basement. Stone Selex refaced it with an ivory beige stone. The finished job looked amazing. We also added a Walnut mantle that gave the fireplace a dynamite look. Karen our sales rep was very professional and helped us go in the right direction without any pressure. We had Stone Selex do the install. Jack the installer was first rate and did a fantastic job. He finished the job in one day and left the basement as clean as when he arrive. This is the second fireplace we have had refaced by Stone Selex and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Hometurf for the past 2 years. Prior to Hometurf's service my lawn (both front and back) looked quite ragged, even though I had used retail lawn care products from the big box stores. After 2 year of Hometurf treatments my lawn looks lush and green. The weeds have disappeared and bare patches have filled in. I am thoroughly satisfied with Hometurf and have renewed for 2015. We used Candu to renovate our main bathroom, in Aug/2013. When we started planning we invited Don and 2 other well known companies in to quote. Don was by far the most professional and gave us some design ideas about re-configuring the bathroom. Don had no problem with us buying the fixtures or me helping by doing the painting (which I enjoy) The crew Don brought in, electrician, plumber, tapers, and tiler were all top class tradesmen who did top quality work. Each evening the work area was left in a clean and tidy condition. The follow-up was also excellent we had a small problem with the shower but Don was back in very quickly with his side-kick Steve and everything was fixed in quick order. Everybody who has seen the new bathroom has raved about it and says it looks like a spar. We are planning to add a shower to our master bedroom bathroom next spring and we won't hesitate to bring Don and his crew back in to do the work. John & Linda
