Hometuf has taken care of our lawn for a few years. They offer two packages, nice choice as I don't need the full package, and our lawn is well cared for and looks great. I don't have to do anything but pay in the Fall and all the work is done all Spring and Summer to our satisfaction.

Apex worked on my neighbour's house and we liked their work so we asked Rod to quote. He was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive so we hired him to repair our front walkway and step. His workman were efficient, did a very good job and kept the area clean. Rod gave a reasonable quote which he kept to despite a little extra work that we asked him to complete. We would recommend Apex, Rod and his workers.

Jerome is a true gentleman and I highly recommend his company. He went above and beyond any requirements or expectations to repair my roof several times after raccoon damage. He is prompt, courteous, worked very cleanly, was very reasonably priced, and followed up by phone himself. No hesitation in recommending him as a person and roofer.

$165.00

Incompetent- that says it all. I paid them twice to find the raccoon and remove it, which they obviously didn't because when it died in my attic they had the nerve to leave the dead raccoon (they said that although they could smell it-we all could smell it- they couldn't find it) and a bill me a third time when they were called back on the same raccoon problem. I would like to respond to the company. AAA Affordable Wildlife's response is incorrect. My roofer came and put a temporary cover over the damage the first time (July 10) AAA had installed a one way door and covered all my vents. As the roof repair AAA offered was not sufficient, I had a professional roofer repair my roof after they removed the one way door on July 15. They then had to return a second time, July 22, as the raccoon was still in the attic and the one way door didn't work yet again so they then had to come again on July 29 to remove the dead raccoon in my attic that had by then smelled up my house and they left it there as they said the couldn't find it. This is totally irresponsible, as the raccoon was trapped between the rafters from the first visit, we had heard it in the same place all along, and it is not the fault of my roofer or us and I feel my review is important for other customers. Let's get this straight. The one way door was removed on July 15, then the roof was repaired by a professional, then I had the poison placed on the roof as we still heard noises ( the racoon that was trapped in our attic and hadn't left through the one way door it was finally revealed when it died in there) and then AAA had to return twice. The raccoon was already in my attic when the roof was closed and the poison placed there. This was the 6th time in 18 months that I had to repair my roof so I was trying to be proactive with the poison. Now we have hired professional trappers to take care of the situation. AAA refuses to take responsibility for leaving the raccoon in my roof from the first visit. No matter how many excuses they can come up with (they didn't repair the roof, the poison etc) they are responsible for leaving the raccoon in the attic. Once again in their response, AAA is trying to cover their behaviour. They left an initially live raccoon in my attic from their first visit, with a one way door that they installed, as they did not see that the raccoon was trapped and could not get out as they didn't do a proper initial search. We heard the raccoon, why else would we have called to have it removed. The poison was put up after they removed the one way door that they claimed would allow the raccoon to leave-which it obviously did not do and the roof was professionally repaired. I am allowed to remove pests, humanely, from my property if they are destructive, which I can assure you the raccoons are and if what I used was not humane, I take responsibility but the raccoon in my attic died because it was trapped in the rafters and for no other reason!

Poison was used by this customer before we started our process, our technician on site documented this on the invoice, pictures were also taken of the poison for proof, to cover ourselves. (this is not the first time we have encountered this situation) notes were also made on invoice that we can not be accountable for any dead animals as a result of poisoning.
This invoice is signed by the customer.
Anita even admits to using poison!
(That is Incompetent, cruel & against the law) but yet she admits to using poison. ;(

Anita decided to have a roofer attempt to solve a wildlife problem before she called us. The roofer blocked the hole without leaving a special raccoon one way door. The poor raccoon was locked inside and had to break out through a vent, creating a new hole, the roofer apparently went back again to fix the vent, locking it in again. Poison was also being used by the homeowner to quickly and cheaply fix the problem.
Unfortunately too many people take the wrong steps when dealing with raccoons. Hire a wildlife company from day one. We also did prevention screening to keep other wildlife out.
$195 is the basic service charge.
If we simply locked animals inside a roof and left, we would not be in business for long.
