I am very satisfied with this project from beginning to end. VCS came quickly for a quote, and was ready to work when I was. He worked quickly and efficiently and was done in a day. He even came back to fix up a smaller section the next day with the parts I had because I could not afford to have the whole run replaced. He was very competitively priced, explained the whole process, was respectful and courteous. When I have another house that needs this type of work, I will definitely give him a call!
Everything on the phone was dealt with well. What was not expressed was that they would not unload my belongings from their truck at my new place until I paid them in full, and the cost was TWO HUNDRED more than what was quoted. They took their time loading the truck (4.5 hours from second story) and 45 MINUTES to unload to a two story house,(There were THREE guys too!) obviously after they were paid, and were pushing US to help them unload. Virtually everything got dumped in one room, except for the beds that were taken downstairs to the bedrooms (in the basement) VERY UNSATISFIED, do not use this company.
