They never called to say they were coming so I didn’t know to expect them and wasn’t home. They knocked next door and my neighbor had the key and opened it up for them to deliver. I ordered a box of screws and this ended up driving up the cost of my order by 300 dollars. I’d never use them again to be honest.

We had not responded to this review earlier as we took every attempt to reach out to this customer to be able to obtain the facts of which the review is based on. The customer never returned our calls or emails so we were left defenseless as all our documentation including the paid invoice does not support or align with the complaint. We are still left puzzled with the review but will move forward and trust Homestar's readers will see this is an inaccurate review and base their decision to use 1-800 Drywall on ALL the other reviews we have received.
