We had a bed bug problem in our master bedroom that I tried tirelessly to eliminate on my own, but to no avail. I finally started my search for help and found Mohammed. I am so glad that I did. He came to my house the day after my call and found the sources of my infestation in places I would NEVER have thought to look, like behind my phone jack, where he found a number of eggs. If I had waited even a few days longer to call Mohammed, my bad problem could have become way worse as had the eggs behind the phone jack hatched, it could have led to an infestation throughout the house. He immediately went to work on the room and eliminated the infestation. He also treated the phone jacks throughout the entire house to prevent infestation elsewhere. The next night I found a dead bed bug in a bathroom and panicked. I called him at 8:00 that night, and he took my call. He came over the next day and inspected everywhere. He calmly reassured me that there was nothing. And he was right. I can now sleep comfortably knowing that thanks to Mohammed the bugs have been eliminated. In all, he was thorough, he only treated what need to be treated, and his treatment was effective. He calmly answered all of my questions (and I had many), and he was always incredibly polite and professional. He genuinely cares about what he does and how his work impacts those affected. I would recommend him to anyone.
