Fascia Cap, New Eavestrough, downpipes and window caps
Matt was very accommodating in doing the overall work. The old eaves through were removed, the wood fascia was capped and new eaves through and down pipes installed. The window capping was another story it took a long time to get done and many issues with the subcontractor. Overall it was good working with Matt.
I bought a bronzed coloured aluminum picket railing package from Sean for a rebuilt decking and stairs. Found the product easy to work with and support quick to get answers. I had to go back to the show room a couple of times to get parts and exchange pieces of railing which was annoying. But overall I got the project completed and my wife is happy, which at the end is all that matters.
As a builder we were looking for a product that has clean lines and super quality finish. We chose stonetile as it did not have any adverse weather condition limitation. It was classic and yet contemporary look. It matched our house design. The stonetiles were engineered and met all building code requirements. We were happy with the end product.
Jason Whitfield is very knowledgeable with the Insulated concrete form systems. He also provides services on water proofing system. All technical and engineering issues and details are well attended to. Problems are taken cared of at an expedient manner.
Just planning to build our home near my kids school and needed to get a survey done for the city permit. Called several local survey company to enquire on the procedure. The prices were all very similar but Ernie at Vista Geomatics was the most helpful. So we went with them.
My tenant had some water dripping from the ceiling. We thought it was the roof but Craig helped us realize that we needed better venting. He got his guy there quickly to get it done.
