From the quote, to execution, to the final day everything went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier. They did my neighbor’s house as well and now we have eye-catching houses in the neighborhood (so all my neighbors say). Very friendly and very reasonable. Most of all, they finish on the date they promised with quality job.

We started the project not really knowing exactly the layout since the owner told us it would depend what they would find in terms of structure. That for us was the most difficult part. After that we had a meeting with the lovely Victor, who designed with tape on the floor his suggested layout. The day they started they figured out some parts of the layout needed to change and at the end it changed for better results. Best part of this story was the experience with the crew, they really know what they were doing and were really helpful and patient.
Thank you Fernanda! Yes, you did have a unique situation, as you had an old renovation that needed to be demolished before we could get down to design. Until the demolition was able to happen, we really didn't know what was behind your walls and what was possible in terms of location for bathroom, etc.
