We reached out to Andrew to replace our old kitchen tap that was leaking. He arrived promptly, and neatly and professionally dealt with the installation of a new tap and soap dispenser. Andrew was easy to talk with, and though a small job he made it clear it was important. His number his now in our phone and It will definitely be the number we call for the bathroom renovation planned for this spring

I liked the 7 finger mahogany parquet floors in the (old)condo we had bought; but wth over thirty years of use the old floor had seen a lot of lifting, water damage and just plain abuse and use. I found Demetris on HomeStars and he and his team truly worked wonders. Demetris mended, fixed, replaced parquet tiles where necessary; then sanded, stained, finished ...and we now have a truly beautiful wooden floor throughout. Other folks in the condo cannot believe it is the original floor. In addition to the floor, Demetris had one of his team install new 2 1/2 " baseboards on our older and oddly angled walls and he did the most thorough,timely and exact work. Demetris' rates are fair, he and and his team are punctual, always clean up ...and the workmanship cannot be matched. Would give him 11 out of 10 if I could.

I was finding it difficult to find a good tiler to do glass backsplash in my kitchen as a smallish job for a professional. Taylor came in and did the most meticulous and beautiful job. There was some tiling that was slightly off (problem with the tiles) which we did not notice- and he insisted on changing it within the allotted budget, and on time. We then hired Taylor to general manage a partial bathroom renovation which included tiling, some woodwork and coordinating with the plumber. Again the work was to perfection. A real professional I would highly recommend.

I found Cosmos Electrical from Homestars and what a find. We are doing a renovation that included bringing down walls and moving light switches, as well as replacing the fuse box with a new distribution panel and providing new wiring to install lighting on a concrete ceiling. John and his team provided a quote which was very fair and were excellent in doing the work asked and providing further information and help as to our wiring needs. We will definitely be calling him again for further work in stage 2 of our renovation. John also has great suggestions as to lighting which we found very helpful.
