We've used Andrew for over 2 years now as our electician. He's prompt, honest and very skilled and knowledgable. We call him when we have 4 or 5 issues for him to look after and he is basically able to handle anything re electrical repairs. Called Rado, told him my problem and he was over in half an hour. His rate per hour was $90 and he fixed/ tuned up 5 different locks during that period of time. Fabulous service at a good price.

Elite did the work despite a spring packed with challenging weather. The job had to be done over a few days due to the rain, but Erick persisted and did a great job.

I have purchased 4 gas fireplaces for my home from Marsh. I've dealt with Alan who is very keen and dedicated to make the customer happy. Every time there has been a problem with any of the fireplaces I have had a serviceman here the same day as my call. today for instance my newest Valor wouldn't light. Upon speaking to Alan he suggested that I change the batteries and told me how to do it. When I changed them the fireplace still did not work. Within an hour he had Ian his repairman come over and get the fireplace working. This was on a day of -28c. Imagine how much I appreciated his post sales service. We have dealt with other fireplace stores and none comes anywhere close to Marsh's amazing sales and post installation service. This is your one stop store for any fireplace for your home.

I fully agree with the other review. I was referred to these guys by my LA. Their after sales service was non existent. If you want anything fixed that wasn't right after they leave the job you'll never see then again. I had stones that came loose and when you walk over them, they rock and bang the adjacent stones. Despite numerous requests they never even returned my phone calls. Would never use again nor of course would I ever reccommend them.
