Hello Everyone / I feel David did a great job with our house inspection. We bought an old timer near Fraser in Vancouver just yesterday, largely based on his assessment of the condition of the house we want to fix up. The house is dated and not well maintained, so we relied heavily on the analysis provided to us by David. He was more than happy to have us follow him around so we could learn more about what will need to be repaired. His report is very detailed along with photo evidence from his tablet camera in a PDF format. We also loved that he was willing to do a second site visit after some rainfall to do a more accurate thermal imaging scan. David always responded to our inquiries by email in a timely manner even after we had paid him which I was impressed by. I really like that he offers a reference list of tradespeople he personally recommends as well. David is very friendly and easy to speak to and has a very professional website. You are dealing with the OWNER so its way better than getting an employee of a company in my opinion. We will definitely be using his services again.
