There's something really nice about dealing with a 'mom & pop' store over the big box ones. The service was great, they handled our questions without feeling like we were wasting their time, and it's nice to give your business to the guy in the neighbourhood. Next time we need an appliance we'll definitely go to Faulkner again.

I've heard good things about this company and decided to give them a try. Glad I did, and will recommend them to others. They have a great selection, and offered some great ideas for our basement flooring -- we wanted a surface that wasn't cold, could be cleaned quite easily and good for pets. They suggested a few options and we're really pleased with the service, product and great advice.
