I got Michael to see me as a last minute appointment (last August 28, 2013) as I was in a hurry to get the inspection done before the purchase agreement of the house expires. Good thing that it was him that did the inspection. Inspection was good as it came with prints and photos of the report which is very handy if you want to know what needs to be fix right away and what needs to be maintain in the future. He also gave me some tips around the house as I am a first time buyer. I have just moved in to my new house this past weekend and thought this is the best time to write a review of the wonderful job he did. Randolph. It was great to meet you and I really appreciate your kind words. I cannot always perform a home inspection on short notice as I am a busy home inspector. That is good but it doesn't always leave time for the short notice requirements. Whenever I can, I do.
