This company really goes above and beyond in terms of service. They caulked our house about 3 years ago. It was a very smooth and easy experience from beginning to end. Michael is very pleasant and professional to deal with. Recently we replaced our front door and Gold Seal's caulking had to be removed. We really missed the nice neat bead of caulking that we had before. We contacted Gold Seal and asked if they would come back and caulk the new front door. Not only did Michael drive out of his way to come and caulk the door, he refused payment for it. Also, the caulking that Gold Seal did for us 3 years ago still looks as fresh and nice as it did when it was new. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbours.
