I have known Donald from a referral prior to my install and so I was very comfortable using his company. He introduced me to Brazilian walnut which was a fantastic product and consistently get great compliments from it. He was very professional and very good about getting the project done.
They came out and measured shortly after we called for a quote. We were advised of the price and then product was delivered within about a week and installed. Everything was very smooth and efficient. Now I have a nice deck for friends and family to enjoy.

Alarm installation and service
Before our strata began depending upon SR Alarms, we didn’t realize the full scope of all they do and how well they know the industry. In fact, I find the technicians at SR Alarms very knowledgeable. The customer service representatives are consistent in contacting us so we don’t have to remember every detail about repairs or maintenance.
We went to a couple places to look for a new toilet. Vancouver's Best Plumber was the only place that answered all our questions and concerns. The other places gave us the impression we were asking too many questions. There was only a price difference of about $20. We still went with VBP, they were pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We mentioned that we lost our the little knob cover on one of our bathtub faucet knob, they say either Hot or Cold. The sales lady called us when our toilet was in and said she got someone to find us a new knob cover and it was complimentary. Now that's customer service. We will definitely go back. And the toilet we got...awesome.
