initially it was thought to be the cartridge. The contractor was unavailable, so we dealt directly with the plumber. Awesome customer service. phoned us and showed up on same day. He quickly noticed an obstruction inside the faucet that may have happened during the renovation. In and out in less than a half hour- no charge Great job Andrew!
