I found Jay through Home Stars and immediately called him to steam our furniture, carpets and tiles after we had our house treated for bed bugs. I was upfront with Jay about why we need ed his services and he was very understanding and assured me that everything would be well treated to remove any poison residue. BED BUG HELL! No sooner did we move into our new house when we soon discovered that the previous owners left us a welcome gift of bed bugs! My husband was riddled with bites all over his body which we thought were mosquito bites until we came home one Friday night and found a bed bug the size of a lady beetle on a sofa!
