Painting and repair to Walls and Ceiling
Santiago and his crew was in and out based on the schedule as promised. They are BBB A+ rated and lives up to their rating and reputation. Will be using them again and would highly recommend them to friends and families.
Repair outside lighting and deficient wiring
Steve from Steven's Electrical was very thorough with the repair and the correcting the deficient wiring in the building and we are now up to code and safe. He did a great job in labelling the new circuits and also cleaned up after he was finished.
With the cooler fall temperature, tried to call in a local heating contractor to do a preseason check up. However, the first appointment available would be in two weeks. Called Tap Roots and the reception desk was friendly and effecticent - was able to provide an appointment immediately. Good to go with a larger company with more staff.
Replaced current furance thermostat, the store carried a wide range of thermostats to choose from and the pricing was comparable to large box stores. The staff were helpful and great to deal with.
