The staff is helpful but they are not all too sure where products are located either online or in the store - lack of knowledge. I had a product I wanted in the flyer and it took them forever to locate in the store and once they did it took quite sometime to get someone to help get it off the shelf. In the time it took I could of gone somewhere else and come back.
I had gone to a few stores out in Coquitlam but this one was convenient as it is close to my work; the staff was very polite and helpful, did not try and over sell anything to me which I liked as I don't like when the sales staff harasses me to purchase or upgrade what I had come in to get. I would highly recommend visiting this location to get your painting needs.
My bathroom shower was leaking into the suite below me, I had called Ocean Park as they were the plumbers on the project I live in. They arrived on time and got to the root of the problem right away. They knew what they were doing and were very friendly. I enjoyed how they kept me up to date with what was going on.
Bathroom Sink Stoppers not Working & Low Water Pressure
I had recently bought a condo and my sink stopper stopped working. We had got a nice gentleman named John to come and fix our plumbing. He was super friendly and they fixed the problem with out a fuss. I had also wondered about why my toilet had low flo water and he explained it to me. Very knowledgeable workers. Showed up on time and knew what he was doing which made for a nice quick fix.
Reasonably priced, super friendly employees and are very helpful. They spend the time to make sure you love everything about your new blinds. They also make for a very easy and quick installation as they are all very knowledgeable. The company also takes pride in its warranty. Love knowing that I can call if anything happens or I have any questions. They will be right there to fix it!
The company I work for actually uses Starline Windows in our building projects and so when it came time to replace my windows at home, I had contacted them. They are very good quality windows and are reasonably priced. The customer service is also great! The staff is caring and understanding of your wants and needs which is wonderful. They suggest their opinions if your looking for some advice when unsure what to get, but aren't pushy which makes the experience that much better. I would highly recommend this company if you or someone you know is looking to replace, or needs windows for their home. The quality and service you receive is well worth it.

As a BCIT Interior Design student, I frequently have to go out and get material samples. For one particular project, I needed some high quality flooring samples and had gone to Nufloors to get some. I was greeted upon arrival, but when I told them what I was looking for (smaller hardwood and flooring samples) they did not seem too impressed and weren't too thrilled to help me out since I was not a client purchasing a large amount of flooring/doing renovations. They were also difficult to deal with since they did not want to give me or really sell me a small piece of hardwood, or even give me the small scrap ends from their cuts. Yes they are a good flooring store, but if you are a student looking to use some of their products for a project, I would suggest going else where. They made me feel slightly uncomfortable and unwelcome when needing stuff for a school project and not a home renovation project.
