We just replaced all our locks on our home , we wanted to use a company that has a good reputation, off to the internet we went . Wow it’s amazing what I leaned . I learned you get what you pay for . After that found Pre-lock Security. I spoke with the office who immediately had the owner contact me . I told him about the issues I had and he said he would come out personally to see how he can help . He ended up replacing all the locks with real Mul-T-Lock hardware that actually worked perfect. I feel great now knowing I’m secured with a factory authorized locksmith . I learned that you should not just buy locks from anyone who says “these locks are from the same factory “ thanks for being so professional and helpful and I will always use Pre-lock for my home security . I will be switching my home alarm monitoring to you guys as well as soon as my contract is up . You guys are great .

We have used Pre-lock for many years I think almost 12 years and were thinking of upgrading our system. We met up with Steve who assessed our current system and suggested options which we agreed to implement. The new system is great and its fantastic being able to control it all on your phone. We love it and are very happy with the upgrade. The alarm installer did a great job and really knows his stuff. Pre-lock is truly our one stop security provider. I needed a lock following a break in. I called Pre-Lock Security They were referred to me by the Police as well as my insurance provider. I contacted them in the middle of the night. They sent a locksmith over within about 45 min of my call to secure my door. Then they returned with proper hardware to outfit the rest of the exterior doors. They were great and really made my wife feel secure again. Hats Of To the Pre-Lock Gang!! Aaron was the tech that came out he was great, and the owner Paul Seidman came out to inspect all the work!!
