I want to express my sincerest thanks to one and all at the Master Craftsman for the outstanding results on my antique dining room suite. From the rep at the Home Show that we left our name with, to Wayne, the shop foreman who was very helpful, I can't thank them enough. Everyone was so nice at every stage. After great anxiety we nervously gave the job to them. Since we had some other work done several years ago by another company who ruined our furniture. I say nervously because this bad experience was a result of what we thought was a well researched choice. We got several estimates and didn't go with the cheapest one and still ended up with a bad memory. The clincher with the Master Craftsman was that they are at the same address for two decades, however I must say we were still nervous because of our other refinishing experience. This decade stability factor speaks for itself and will be a part of all future dealings. We are enjoying our beautiful furniture and my brother has an appointment booked to get some work done.
