Second time we've used Craig's services, yet again found him to be flexible and easy to work with and great value compared to other firms. He trimmed the substantial limbs off a number of mature trees that were beginning to overhang my house and cut the wood to size so we can season and burn it later. Site was immaculately clean, could barely even tell they had been. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

Spring broke last time trapping car in garage, phoned Easy Flip the next morning and they had someone onsite within a few hours and replaced the spring and did some other basic servicing for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, very impressed.

9am Mothers Day (Sunday) our sewer starts backing up. Called MrRooter and Frank was at our house by 11am. I was braced for the worse but he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the float mechanism. It was tough unpleasant work but Frank did it all with good humor and for a very reasonable cost. These guys continue to be my go-to plumbing team.

This is my second review for P&P, they originally created a bedroom suite in my basement at the start of 2013, unfortunately my home was flooded (sewer backup) during the July storm and my whole basement was ruined. Given my good experience with them before they were my first port of call to get the basement redone. This was a big job, over 1,800 sqft of space, and involved totally refinishing the entire basement starting from the studs up, took approx 3 months overall. Mauricio was my onsite person, great guy, very reliable and worked hard everyday to complete the project. P&P also has a long list of subcontractor relationships they manage, e.g. electricians, plumbers, gas fitters; none of this was my concern though as my interaction was purely with Mauricio and Natanael. The quality of the work overall was great, and issues that i raised were dealt with in a timing fashion without additional cost to me. They planned the schedule of work out in advance and finished ahead of time and without any budget variance .. impressive for such a large project. I would definitely use them again, although I need a mental break from renovations right now ;)

I went with P&P Renovations due to the other glowing reviews on Homestars. We were looking to have a room turned into a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the location of the bathroom was not roughed in so the work involved was technical in nature. This is our first experience with any major renovation project so we were looking for someone to guide us through the process. As soon as we met Natanael we knew we'd found the right company for the project, he came across as knowledgable and communicative and quickly responded back with a detailed quote. He laid out clearly the items we needed to source (e.g. tile, vanity), and what materials would be included as part of the quote, as well as the payment schedule. The work began exactly on schedule and was complete within 3 weeks which was well within the timeframe initially provided. Throughout the project the onsite coordinator, Mauricio, and his team kept the site very clean and protected all the floor coverings. Both Mauricio and Natanael quickly responded to phone calls and emails regarding the work being carried out. They engaged and coordinated the various specialist sub-contractors during the process to complete the plumbling/electrics/glass work taking all the pressure and strain away from us. They also accomodated some minor changes along the way without additional cost. The project was delivered on time and on budget, and we are very happy with the quality of the work delivered. Many of our neighbours have seen the finished product and were amazed at the speed at which P&P worked given their experiences with over firms where projects overran budget and timeline significantly. These guys also stand by their warranty, we had a very minor concern we wanted investigated after the project was complete and we had paid the money in full and they had someone around the very next day … great customer service ! P&P have given us confidence to consider more renovation projects in the future, and they will be our go-to contractor, we highly recommend them to others .. Although I think our neighbours might have them booked up for the next few months :)

Believe the hype ! I picked Precision due to the rave reviews on HomeStars and my expectations were exceeded. Brandon is a great person to deal with, answers emails promptly and covered any questions I had. They quoted me by looking at my house on Google Streetview (cool), and 24 hours later my eavestrough were completely clean. Other than the great state of the eavestroughs, verfied by the pictures Brandon's crew took, there is no other evidence they were there at all, they cleaned up after themselves so well. I'm sure you could get your troughs cleaned for less, but I'm happy to pay the extra to work with true professionals who have the right credentials and insurance to be working 25ft on top of my property. It's rare to find such as easy company to work with, and i'll definately be using them again. Mat

Eric returned my email request quickly and was flexible in setting up an early morning appointment. Arrived ontime and with all the right equipment. Blew out my system and inspected a few components that believed had leaks. He was professional and worked quickly having the whole job complete within 30 mins. Price i believe was very reasonable, looking forward to having him back in spring to open the system up again.

I called Woods on Tuesday 30th June with my warranty issue, they connected me with Jack at Accord who was able to locate a service engineer to come around the next day (on Canada day !) to perform the repair. Jack called me back as promised and the overall communication was very good. The engineer who came around, Nick, was very polite and knowledgable and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with the service provided by Accord and would definately use them again.

Vince the owner is a pleasant and accomodating guy, came around to give us a free quote within one day of calling. Took a while for them to find a slot to actually perform the work but arrived on top and worked hard. Team was very polite and professional, and did a good job of cleaning up the work site afterwards. They came recommended by a colleague so I didn't shop around for quotes.

I phone Trademark at 2pm, by 6pm they had someone around to my house who was professional and quick to resolve the issue. Cost was very reasonable. Great service in general, will be using for all my electrical needs in the future.

We made an emergency call out to brothers to fix a hot water heater that was exhibiting some strange behaviour. The guy wasn't the most amiable person in the world, but he was hard working, fixed the underlying issue and actually recommending some simplification of the plumbing to reduce the chance of further problems down the line. The price seemed a little steep to me, but i guess you pay for quality.

This is the first time we've had any major contract work performed so we were very careful when selecting a company. We actual found out about Royal Decks through this site due to the great reviews they has recieved. All I can say is that they certainly lived up to the hype. Miro is a great person to work with, he is very open and honest and doesn't use any high pressure sales tactics. He drew and costed out three or four different designs for us, and we kept going back to him with various questions which he was more than happy to answer. I'm sure we could have shopped around for a slightly cheaper deal but the comfort of mind you get working with Miro is worth every penny. There was never any haggling over additional costs, the price Miro originally estimated was the price we paid, even though minor modifications had to be made. He even used the left over materials to build us a new gate free of charge so it would match the deck ! Miro and his colleague built our deck over the course of two weeks, they were hard working, and very courteous. I've heard horror stories from other people about contract work like this but Miro made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. The quality and design are excellent, and our deck looks beautiful, it's added 400ft of square living space onto our house, we are very happy and highly recommend Royal Decks. Mat

We used Airworks to relocate an A/C unit from the back of our house to the front to make way for a deck we are having built. The person who completed the work was very efficient and curteous, and the quality of the rewiring is very high. They were originally scheluded to begin the work at 8am but didn't arrive until almost 2pm after a lot of follow up calls, this was frustrating. They had to come back the next day to finish the job due to the late start. In fairness Chris did apologize for the mix up and provided an appropriate discount as compensation. I would use their services again.
