This outfit is EXCELLENT. I had been looking for the past year to replace my kitchen window dressing, but could not find a store or in-house representative who had a designer eye and could give me satisfactory advice. So rather than spending a lot of money just “settling” on changing my current fabric, I opted to wait until I felt happy with a proposed change. One evening, I happened to be perusing the internet and stumbled across the Designer Window Fashions website. I was very impressed with the testimonials but still skeptical. However, I felt it might be worth paying the nominal consultant fee (which would be applied against the order) to see what suggestions this company had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised by Lyle, one of the owners, who came. The difference between Lyle’s service and the many others I experienced over the past months is that Lyle offered fantastic ideas while also listening to my needs. He offered various solutions and was very patient in listening to my objections. I was most impressed not only with his knowledge about his products, but with his “flair for creativity and design” which was exactly what I was looking for. He was able to come up with a product that satisfied all of my objections. He went so far as to assure me I would be totally happy with the finished look and also promised that installation would be done in time for Thanksgiving celebrations which was only a few short weeks away. In the interim he provided temporary blinds for my windows. Lyle followed through on all of his promises and my windows now sport a new, modern and sleek look which is exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the service this company provided, from receptionist Mandeep who was friendly and accommodating, to Lyle who was awesome in following through on all of his promises, and finally to Charles who did a wonderful job on installation.
