The tiles on my kitchen floor were declared defective by the manufacturer. The retailer who originally installed the floor declined to replace to floor even tho the manufacturer was supplying the new tiles & paying the labour. KMS from Newmarket was hired by the manufacturer to do the job. Within 2 weeks the floor was replaced. Graham, the owner of the store was polite & timely. The installers Don & Dion performed "Vinyl Magic" They cut the tiles so exact around the room that no trim was required. This Company was a wonderful experience.
