After looking for about 2 years and 12 different companies for estimates, FM Clera windows stood out with the best. Out of 12 companies, FM was one of two companies that provided a written estimate. The sales woman wore a company shirt, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They were extremely competetive. Home Depot Windows were more than twice the price and their estimate was scribbled on paper. Real professional. Not. The install crew came on a few cold January days and aside from some miscellaneous debris found when the snow melted, a very good job. Several neighbours have inquired and are impressed.

- If no written estimate or your Euroseal salesperson says he drove an hour and a half to see you after they telemarketed you and is wasting his time for no sale, then be persistant and research and look into respectable recommended companies. Homeshows are great, except when the sales person of a local manufacturer reeks of liquor, thats how I found a sober FM sales person. Im glad I did!
