I am nearing the end of a big renovation which included replacing my parquet tiles in the living, dining and family rooms with new hardwood. Dealing with Floorwood Solutions has been a pleasure, from start to finish. Robert, Patricia and Darek are an amazing team. Starting with design and colour suggestions, on to the delivery of the product, through to the installation - they are professionals, through and through. The quality of the wood purchased was top-notch. Before installing, Robert and Darek examined the sub-floor and explained to me what had to be done to bring it up to par. They strengthed and evened out my sub-floor and then installed the hardwood. They worked quickly, as quietly as possible and left things even cleaner and tidier than before they started. The thresholds, edges, everything was great - no cutting corners. These guys know their stuff and do it well! Because I still had some renovation to do, they kindly helped to temporarily cover up the floor with cardboard (nicely and neatly) so that my contractors wouldn't damage the new floor. I was very very happy with their work and their competitive prices. I am just thrilled with the floors. I'm not even finished the reno and everyone is raving about my floors and the quality of the installation. I will have them back to do my second floor and my staircase!!
