Sam answered the phone the first time we called. (Other companies wouldn't even return our call or take a message) We were very pleased at how prompt he was. He was very polite and had the part with him on his first visit. I would recommend him to anyone who asks if I know someone who repairs appliances. Thanks for fixing my dishwasher Sam!!!
