The work was fine but I have called them 6 times in the last 5 weeks to come out to look at my Eavestrough where I spotted an issue . I sent the pictures and video and still nobody responds . After you have paid nobody seems to care !!!
air conditioner and new furnace
I recently had a air conditioner and new furnance installed by ENWISE . The work done is great however the followup with some questions that I had is lacking . I called their customer service number to get someone to come and look at my furnance and it took over three times before we finally could make an appointment. The expectation is that you stay home from work for 3 hour period . Don't realize people actually work and can't be available sometimes from 9- to 5 . The installers were exceptional in their workmanship and very good at getting everything done so well. I just think that when it comes to sales rep is very pushy and is only interested in making the sale no followup on the service or questions that you may have. I would not recommend them to anyone since I would be concerned that they would get same rep and service that I received.
We bought furniture off this store and I would never recommend anything that comes from them or CANAFOAM same company. We wanted delivered and they said they would for $75.00 and then we called back to confirm the date and price it went up to $125.00 . Gas prices obviously went up in 4 days . Get everything in writing from these people.
The staff was friendly and very informative without being pushy. They give excellent ideas and willingly spend time with you. They carry quality and hand made furniture at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
