Thank you Effi, Dr. Tubs General Manager. Last September I had my tub reglazed and in February had the tile in the bathroom sprayed. A short time ago I had a stain in the bathtub and called Effi. He was so pleasant and accommodating and explained what had happened to cause the stain. My fault! Effi explained what he would do for me and obviously wants to take care of his customers to help rectify issues. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and have a great looking bathroom. My bathroom has certainly "come to life". Thank you Effi and Enza - couldn't find two more pleasant people to deal with.

Thanks Dr. Tubs. I was very pleased with your service, from the first telephone call to the finish of the work. The work done was excellent and I was especially pleased with the non-slip surface you apply to the tub. As we get older, this is a great safety add-on. Your employee was very pleasant, arrived exactly on time and completed the job in the time stated.
