Bit ashamed to say we had been living in our house for 6 years with pets and without having the carpets professionally cleaned. We bought a carpet cleaning machine a couple years ago but it just wasn't doing the job and that's when a friend recommended Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning. They were in a few days ago and cleaned the berber carpet on the stairs leading down to the finished basement along with the berber carpet in the basement. Olin, the owner did the work along with an assistant. They were on time, professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

Zaid movers, David and Richard, showed up right on time, were a real pleasure to deal with, worked fast, had fun and most importantly, were very careful to not damage anything. They took the stress out of a stressful day. The final price was exactly as quoted, no hidden or unexpected charges what so ever.
