We had a number of quotes to companies out there and had them come in to assess the job. Ryan came on time, was super professional and gave us an honest quote with very reasonable timelines. His price was excellent in comparison so we decided to give him the job. He showed up the exact day he said he would and framed everything in, he also said if there was any issue with the city inspection he would ensure it's done to their standard (there was no issue with their work for the record and passed inspection without issue). He then came as soon as he could once inspection was passed and finished the deck off in one day. Very professional, great price and exceptional service plus he had great ideas, check out the California style shutters that I didn't even know existed before. Just to note he did the deck only the covered porch was someone else and still needs a couple finishing touches.

We used A-Line roofing initially to take down an old chimney. They did a great job so when I noticed water coming in after the bad storm Toronto had recently I called Viktor at A-Line who came within the hour to investigate. Turns out there were multiple leaks (not from the chimney coming down) and he suggested I replace the whole roof. He was able to do the job almost right away, gave an outstanding price and was gone in two days, job done! The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier our newly renovated home won't be full of water leaks! Thanks Viktor!
