Unhappy in Grey-Bruce

We found Dale Ottewell to be a difficult man to deal with. His bills were inflated and when confronted he became beligerent. His work was shoddy and he rarely fully completed any one aspect of the job. We hope that no one else in the area has to suffer the expensive consequences of hiring this man.
