Upon meeting Ivon and discussing what I wanted, he was professional and took the time to show me the product, mounting hardware and leaf guard. He took the time to show me the differences between the various leaf guards on the market and explained the pros and cons. They were able to match our 40 year old facia colour and made a few suggestions to make the roofline more balanced. The day of installation, AlumaPro arrived and quickly went to work removing the old gutters and installing the new troughs and downspouts. He also was able to provide us a diverter for our rain barrel. Excellent work. Polite and friendly installers. The BEST!!

From the first contact with Chad and then Brandon, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Brandon visited the home and provided us with options and made suggestions that we hadn't thought about. We had 4 quotes and though they were not the less expensive, their professional manner remained and helped us make our decision. Installation day was set and Nick arrived to do the installation. He continued that professionalism throughout the install. Fast , clean, friendly and courteous. He was truly a pro. The trim install was completed later that day by Robert, who like Nick was funny, polite and efficient. All were true pros. The entire removal and installation went extremely well with no mess or fuss. 10 ++.

Our 10 year old furnace stopped heating and just cycled through the start up. Called Comfort Shoppe that morning and by late afternoon the service tech arrived and within minutes had the furnace heating the house. It seemed a hose had been clogged. He suggested a maintenance call at a later date, as the furnace had not been serviced for about 5 years. He was polite and courteous to my wife, explaining everything he was doing and took the time to show her the problem. She didn't feel like he was dismissing her concerns and answered all her questions. Furnace works like a dream. We're still getting the maintenance done and Comfort Shoppe will do it.

We noticed small areas of Ant activity around our patio door. Called Durham Regional Pest Control and after a couple of questions from them, it was determined that it was not carpenter ants. As we just had a new stone patio and stairs installed, he thought it might be a different type pf ant. An appointment was made and they arrived on time and after a small inspection, it confirmed their suspicions and an application was applied. We've had a summer free of ants. The gentleman was Courteous and polite and respectful of our home. We have recommended them on two occasions. WELL DONE

We have used this company over the past 15 years for our garage door issues. Eastern has always been prompt, polite and professional. Our doors need replacing this spring and Eastern will be the first on my list to call.

We had Peter come in last Feb to trim our Maple all the ice storm damage. They were prompt and cleaned the yard of all the branches and debris. We have just hired them again to come back and remove a large tree in our back yard.

Paul came to the house and gave us a quote. His price was reasonable against everyone else. He came recommended by other people in the neighbourhood. We elected to have the front done first and then the back windows and doors 6 months later. Paul was every bit a professional and accommodating. His crew were extremely polite and friendly BOTH times. The house was clean both inside and out when they left. We plan to have them back for the remaining doors. We highly recommend them and I'm thankful for our neighbours telling us about them.

We have an amazing kitchen remodel. After going through the usual steps and building suppliers, we decided to contact MacLeans. From the first meeting with Terry and Barb to the installation with Terry and Dave,we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. We love our kitchen and the suggestions MacLeans made.
