annoyed in Peterborough

I was promised that the delivery people were professional who took care and put down floor protection. I was assured of this by the sales person when I purchased the appliances. I mentioned it to the deliver people when they drove up because we had just installed an expensive, new floor, and were assured again that protection would be put down. They did not put it down for the installation of the dishwasher and scratched the new floor. I was obviously angry, and when I spoke with the owner of the company, he was belligerent and dismissive. I will never recommend them or shop there again
