We put down a deposit on our basement renovations. They started the work, left debris behind, took off with the balance of our deposit and an unfinished basement. They never returned our calls or addressed our concerns. They disappeared and we had to hire another contractor to finish our basement. It took almost a year to get through this ordeal.
