We have used Home Depot's in Toronto for years and have always been challenged in getting answers or competent staff to fill our needs. Not so in Orangeville since we have moved here...here every section goes above and beyond the call in helpful and CORRECT advice on all matters. What a refreshing change!!!!
We have ordered several pieces of solid oak furniture from Country Charm in Caledon. Each time we have provided samples of previous batch colours and they have faithfully matched the finish each time. Customer service has been great and pieces that we were not 100% satisfied with were replace or repaired to our satisfaction. We will eb back!
