Ann in the Beaches

Declan was recommended by my neighbour who had work done the previous year ,by Declan. Having had bad/poor work done in the past,we swore we would only ever go with the trades from references. He showed up promptly ,unusual in the trades today !!!lol,and his quote came in slightly higher than the other two quotes. Declan came over as someone who knew his work ,and we were comfortable in taking him on ,after calling some of the many references around the beach,that he furnished us with...we even knew one of the people in his list !!. Work was completed on time,cleaned up good,and was right on the money.We will get Declan again.
