Our garage was broken into and a remote garage door opener from one of our cars was taken. We called Uzi at 9 a.m. and explained our situation. He made the time to come and see us and by noon he changed the frequency on our garage door opener and got us a new remote to replace the one that was taken. Great service during a difficult time.

Our dishwasher stopped draining so I gave Valley View a call based on their HomeStars rating. It took the technician about 5 minutes to figure out the problem and the dishwasher was working again.

I found Shaun on HomeStars and flipped him an email based on his reviews. Shaun and his colleague successfully mounted our TV on a tiled wall. I was worried about the tile cracking during the drilling and the potential for missing the studs, but the duo took their time and did the job right with the right tools. Awesome job and highly recommended.

Working with Peregrine was great. I met Jeremy at my house and showed him where pigeons would sleep on a covered section of my roof and downspout. Jeremy recommended we install wire bird spikes on the affected areas. The quote was sent to my inbox before end of day and I booked the job as the price felt right. I asked if the spikes could be spray painted black to match the downspout and that was no problem. The evening before the install was planned, I noticed pigeons roosting on a second downspout that they had never slept on before. I emailed Jeremey to ask if we could add to the project and that was no problem, and with a minimal additional cost. Will did a great job on installing the bird spikes. Will also did a great job cleaning up the mess that the birds made. Very much appreciated and great work!

The pipes behind my wall started rattling when the toilet would refill or when the cold water was turned on. Larry from WaterWorks checked it out and believed the issue was originating from the hot water tank and recommended the tank be serviced. I had Direct Energy come out for a look and was told it was not the tank. When I called WaterWorks back they were open to returning to investigate and waived the service fee. When Michael arrived, he correctly diagnosed the problem. Turns out one of my taps was failing, which caused the problem. Michael replaced the tap with a Moen he had in the truck. Michael was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. I felt the price for the tap and installation was high, however, the service I received was first class, professional and convenient.
