Award Plus was excellent! I called for a badly clogged kitchen sink and to replace the shutoff valves of my washer. I called Alex the owner who gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate and who was willing to come the same day. As I really needed my kitchen sink fixed, I was happy that they were able to come the say day. After about an hour, Will showed up with gloves and mask which made me feel better that they were taking safety precautions. Will was really great! He listened to my problem and explained what he was going to do to resolve it. Will addressed the issue then fully tested it. I also appreciated that he thoroughly cleaned up the area and protected the floors when bringing in his equipment. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Will for the amazing work! I would recommend and use Award Plus in the future.

Was in search of a new AC unit. Really appreciated Charton who took time to explain all our options with no sales pressure, provided a competitive quote, always prompt in calling back, patient in responding to our many questions and flexible to meet depending on our schedule. The AC unit was installed without problems by Lu and his team who were respectful in always making a point to close the door when they were coming in or out. Great experience with Charton, Lu and his team. Would not hesitate to recommend.

EZ Window Cleaning was prompt to call back and gave me a reasonable and affordable quote. Vlad did an excellent job cleaning my eaves and windows. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend and will continue to use in future.

Called Daryl to remove brick shelves and repair the brick wall above an interior fireplace. Daryl was great to work with as he promptly returned our calls, was professional, honest, detailed in his work and had a fair price. The brick wall looks perfect! We would like to thank Juff's for fixing our roof and providing a total integrated solution. Though our old roof was only 9 years old, due to poor ventilation, the entire roof needed to be replaced. We had many quotes from various contractors and though Juff's was certainly not the cheapest, we chose Juff's because: 1) Steve spent time to explain our problem and was the only one who eased our concerns and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. 2) We were willing to invest in the additional work if it meant it would solve our roof problems. 3) Provided an integrated solution which included fixing the ventilation (the source of the problem), replacing the plywood, shingles, sealed the areas of air leakage and topped up the insulation. 4) Provided a comprehensive warranty which was also backed by the manufacturer. In addition to this, Juff's crew was always courteous and took time to explain their progress on the roof. The distributor had sent the wrong vent which caused about a week delay however Juff's came to install the ventilation as soon as it arrived. We are very happy with the job and we would not hesitate to refer Juff's in the future.
